This masterclass series specifically focuses on developing your erotic identity, erotic movement and dance, unpacking beliefs around eroticism, sensuality, pleasure and pleasure activism, while exploring patriarchal de-conditioning work.

As a result, for many with sexual trauma who are ready to explore this work it can be a healing experience. But for some, it can be triggering. Proceed with caution at your own pace and honor anything that may be coming up for you around this work.

What is ‘safe’ is relative to a person’s individual experience. What may be safe for one person, may not be safe for someone with sexual trauma. While having a completely safe space for everyone cannot be guaranteed, I can promise you that I will do everything in my power to make a safe-as-possible space. I also make myself 100% available to any and all concerns that may arise throughout your experience during the masterclass series.

Although I am not a licensed therapist, it is worth noting that in addition to being a mentor, I am trained and certified in emergency medicine and response. I have rendered care for over 15,000 patients in the course of my career, many of which were victims of sexual abuse. I am also a health college adjunct professor who is responsible for training medical professionals on how respond to trauma and sexual abuse.

If you approach me with a concern around anything sexual trauma-related, you will be met with professionalism, compassion, tact, understanding, support and a readiness and willingness to advocate for your needs.

This is a pre-recorded masterclass series that already took place over Zoom. There was one live class a week for 3 consecutive weeks on Thursday October 13, 20, and 27 in 2022. Each masterclass is approximately 90 minutes. 

You can show up in your glorious messy self. Don't let my fancy website fool you, I'm not that polished. You can show up however you desire as long as you can move around in it. Leggings, yoga pants, dance shorts, lingerie, fetish wear, full burlesque regalia with heels pasties and tiara or show up in a trash bag. Red lipstick, black lipstick, no makeup... it's all good. Literally whatever is going to turn YOU on. For the movement masterclass, you may want some knee pads if you have sensitive knees or a mat but it's not absolutely necessary to even be on your knees at all... so do you. Just don't stress because ultimately there is no dress code. 

For the live calls, each week you will be notified what you need for the upcoming masterclass. The most important thing is to make sure you have a private space where you can move around and be alone to focus on the work. To respect the privacy of all participants on the live call, please make sure there are no additional people in the room with you. Those who join the live call with additional people in the background on the call or children in the background will be removed from the live class to protect the privacy of all participants.

Women and nonbinary persons are welcome to join.

However no space can be guaranteed to be 100% safe given the dynamic nature of our individual lived experiences. And the work of unmasking and holding yourself accountable to your brilliance as someone in the process of claiming a neurodivergent identity fully, can be inherently triggering. 

My identity and lived experience is as an Italian European, Mediterranean, cis hetero woman born in New York, with a specific learning disability living in a neurodiverse and racially-blended family.

I have done personal and professional work around anti-racism, diversity, equality, and inclusion.

I am trauma-informed, have professional experience working in trauma, and I believe that I have the ability to mentor and hold space for anyone that feels drawn to my work.

Still, I recognize my work in this area will not be done in my lifetime. I am committed to learning and doing this work for life. I am open to, and actively working on, discovering where I still have more work to do. When I mess up or do something wrong, I am always available for a conversation and willing to dedicate all my resources to handling whatever comes up in a way that supports your experience, honors you, and holds space for growth, healing and restoration. 

My intention is to create and hold welcoming, empowering, and above all, as safe as possible spaces for all.
